Drawing the Nail is an artistic endeavor of Denise Lilith Hill Briner. All jewelry is created and handmade by Denise at their home in northeast Georgia. If you have any questions about a piece or wish to commission a custom design, please contact us at order@drawingthenail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart interfaces directly with Paypal. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to use our shopping cart. You will be given the option to either use Paypal or your credit card. Paypal is used to process the monetary transaction. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and E-Check.
Alternative Payment Methods
If you do not wish to use a debit or credit card for your purchase we will accept Money Orders or Certified Check. Please contact us first at 404-492-6123 or order@drawingthenail.com to get pre-approval before placing your order using these methods.
Shipping
We give our customers the choice of shipping USPS and UPS.
Order Processing
Orders will be entered into our system within 48 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be notified when your order is on the way.
Return Policy
No cash refunds. We will accept returned of undamaged items within 10 days of purchase for store credit or replacement of like item(s). This policy is necessary due to fraudulent returns and for sanitary purposes [earrings,etc]. We will do an exchange for a like item or one of equal value if the product is defective due to workmanship. Please contact us before attempting a return to receive a return authorization. We treat every situation as unique, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you're not happy with your purchase. However, we will not accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges.
